About Me

Scott Perlov develops screenplays for film and television by writing outlines before devising a final script for possible production. In addition, Mr. Perlov is an attorney at Perlov and Associates, LLC, in Boulder, Colorado with an outstanding track record of representing clients in a wide range of litigation, including criminal defense, business, tax, antitrust, and bankruptcy cases. After attaining his admission to The State Bar of California in 2000, he worked for several law firms in Los Angeles, California, for almost a decade. He later relocated to Boulder to establish the Law Offices of Scott Perlov, a firm that handles tax issues for clients with high incomes and considerable assets. 

Since passing the Colorado Bar Examination in 2010, Scott Perlov also works as a contract associate at Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP Attorneys in Boulder, where he handles cases relating to environmental law, tax issues, and criminal defense matters. While maintaining his own practice and serving at another firm on a contract basis, Mr. Perlov continues to pursue his creative passion by writing screenplays for cable television, network television, and feature movies. 

Based on his exemplary talents playing the piano, Scott Perlov was awarded with a music scholarship at Colgate University, renowned for its University Orchestra and a faculty consisting of some of the world?s finest musicians. After he earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the institution located in Hamilton, New York, Scott Perlov was accepted into the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Subsequently, he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business for the highly respected business institution. 

Upon determining law as his career path, Scott Perlov attended American University Washington College of Law, where he concentrated on tax law and received accolades for his top scores in personal tax income courses. Four years later, Mr. Perlov augmented his knowledge in tax law at New York University School of Law and acquired his Master of Laws (LLM) from the school. A high school football standout, Mr. Perlov continues to pursue exercise by running marathons and backpacking.
